This 15C house decorated with Gothic and Renaissance furniture evokes the spirit of Erasmus, the "prince of humanists". On the ground floor is the chapterhouse, with a fine Adoration of the Magi by Hieronymus Bosch and the study of Erasmus. The white room upstairs houses original works by the humanist, including The Praise of Folly.
