During World War II, this former tile manufacture, was an internment, a transit and a deportation camp. Today it has become a memorial, providing an opportunity for visitors to contemplate the horror of genocides. A tour of the different red-brick buildings is designed to put the visitor in situ through film testimonials, photos and drawings by German and Jewish artists.
