This crater, occupied by a lake whose name means ‘deep’, stretches for kilometres below the road, at the foot of steep hydrangea-covered slopes. From the car park, there is a fine view below over the end of the Funda lagoon and, to the left, its neighbour, the Rasa lagoon.
