Located in a listed post-war building that was designed by architect Dominik Burlet and built between 1957 and 1960, this pleasingly unpretentious restaurant is run with great enthusiasm by a friendly team. In the evening, the food comes in the form of a four-, five- or six-course surprise menu. The modern dishes are harmoniously composed, with fine contrasts skilfully incorporated. They draw on local and seasonal produce, whose natural flavours are allowed to shine. An inexpensive "Business Lunch" is served Tue-Thu. You can also just stop by for a drink or a quick bite. The atmosphere is relaxed and convivial, and the chef is always on hand. On selected weekends, a DJ provides music after dinner. From June to late August, rémy transforms into rémy Cabrio, serving a summery three-course set menu in the lovely courtyard. Incidentally, the restaurant is named after Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, where the chef's grandfather produced wine.
