Tonkatsu served prix fixe using a wide range of pork cuts. The restaurant works with multiple brands of pork to make every bite of freshly deep-fried tenderloin, loin and shoulder count. The cut face is placed at the top so that none of the juices are wasted, bringing out the full true flavour of the pork. A variety of other fried items can be added, such as crab croquettes and deep-fried breaded minced pork. Shaved ice with your choice of syrups is a post-prandial treat to look forward to.
