Exclusivity is the key word here – only five tables of lucky guests a night can sample the French-Japanese fusion cuisine created by the young chef who honed his skills in France. Bare concrete walls, heavy dark green drapes, solid walnut wood furniture and local handmade pottery work nicely with each other in this small, but elegant room. Dishes are artfully plated; some are whimsical in presentation. Early reservations are recommended.
