Established over 100 years ago, this is a charming traditional restaurant with Alpine-style decor that perfectly complements the cuisine. The Bacher family have made it their mission to showcase local flavours. Led by son Tobias, the kitchen team creates a seasonally inspired surprise menu using excellent regional produce, some of which comes from their own garden. The delicious bread served before your meal comes from the family's village bakery. In one of the dining rooms, food is even cooked on an antique wood-fired stove, right before your eyes – the name of the restaurant translates as "Smoke Kitchen".
