Remodelled from a heritage building circa 1902, this restaurant is perfect for banquets and entertainment. Along with the main room, there are also private rooms with river views. The executive chef, who used to work for a famous hotel in Shanghai, takes care of the Jiangzhe cooking, while dishes made with luxury ingredients and dried seafood are the strong suits of the Cantonese chef. Try braised three treasures with black truffle.
