Behind its imposing doorway, this restaurant is housed in an old barn that has been renovated and sports a colourful and elegant decor. Under high beams, the room plays on contrasts: red-brick walls, splashes of duck green and yellow, honey-coloured parquet flooring and glass panels revealing the kitchen. Chef Damien Franco serves up a very personal surprise menu. Precise cooking, beautifully presented dishes and bold flavours are the order of the day: tender chuck steak, pearlescent fish and desserts infused with Oriental flavours.
