Although not located in one of the city’s better-known neighbourhoods, Cepa is one of those restaurants that always features in food-related conversations. Its precise location is in the eastern district of Tatuapé, where it occupies an attractive property with an open kitchen and a pleasant terrace with outdoor tables. Here, chef Lucas Dante presents creative, seasonal cuisine that prioritises the freshness of ingredients and champions small-scale producers. By his side is sommelier and front-of-house manager Gabrielli Fleming, who is in charge of sourcing biodynamic and organic wines for the cellar that are always the perfect pairing for your choice of dish. We can highly recommend the simply incredible starter of Wagyu tongue with chicken broth, okra and mint.
