There are two lines of work: one that pays homage to the classic, simple and respectful elaborations with the product, and another that seeks a more complex culinary venture, giving some dishes an original touch without distorting their essence. The à la carte, featuring signature fish dishes such as sea bream, bonito and sea bass, is complemented by three set menus: La Peñona, the Isaac Loya (more gastronomic) and one called 35th Anniversary, this one with the house’s iconic dishes.
