Antoine and Coralie met in Jean Cousseau's two-Michelin-starred restaurant (Relais de la Poste in Magescq) after gaining solid experience in France and Spain. This former café-restaurant has been given a facelift that subtly blends vintage and modern features (waxed concrete floors paired with exposed beams). As for the food, this pair of pros focuses on flavour, often drawing on the Iberian pantry to put a spin on traditional dishes: calf's head croquette; leeks in vinaigrette; sautéed sweetbreads; grilled octopus etc. Two terraces: one out front and one in the courtyard, away from the street.
