Cristina Bowerman offers tasting menus, including a vegetarian option, alongside a more essential à la carte selection. Her cuisine, while leaving some nods to Lazio tradition, expresses itself mainly in a creative key. The wine list is also very well curated, enriched by an excellent selection of liqueurs and spirits.
