The cooking often relies on the grill and dishes aren't repeated but they're certainly memorable. A dish of asparagus alternates between green and white that is as artful as it is delicious, while a Jerusalem bagel, piping hot and served with olive oil and a sprinkling of seeds, is a knockout, even in a city well known for its beloved bagels.
