With over 20 years' experience in professional kitchens, the chef-owner opened Chi Yuan to showcase his passion for farming with his well-honed cooking skills. Produce from his own farm is paired with seafood from Gongliao or Keelung – lighter seasoning highlights its natural flavours. In summer, try the dishes made with his home-grown wood ear fungus.
