Le 4 is named after a form created by the initials of Lionel and Tatiana, the young couple in charge of this little restaurant in the centre of Mulhouse. Their dishes are colourful and inventive, and include regular nods to ingredients and spices discovered during their travels to the other side of the world. Refreshing!
