Accursio Craparo has returned to his “Roots”: in two simple and elegant dining rooms, or in the spacious and enchanting outdoor summer space overlooking the historic center – weather permitting – the offering is based on traditional Sicilian cuisine, presented in consistently generous dishes, sometimes enriched with a touch of personal interpretation.
