Aire is a restaurant with plenty of soul thanks to its setting in a century-old property close to the Playa de La Malagueta and, above all, from Pepo Frade's personal project, with him at the helm of the kitchen. Their attractive cuisine approaches Andalucian recipes and flavours from a contemporary perspective, with some dishes available in half-portions. They also offer an unusual section entitled “Sin Cubiertos” (literally “without cutlery”) as well as a GastroMenú (a six-course exploration of their à la carte).
