Ying is much-loved by locals for its sweeping harbour views, striking décor and most importantly, the well-executed Cantonese classics. The head chef fares well with traditional techniques that bring out the best in every ingredient. Signatures such as flambéed Iberico char siu, and stir fried sole fillet and asparagus in XO sauce are unmissable. Dim sum at lunch also show exquisite craftsmanship and astute judgment.
