Opinião do Guia Michelin
More than sixty years after Nonna Andreina first opened her doors, this establishment continues to tell a family story deeply rooted in the region. In the elegant surroundings of a former farmhouse, the service stands out for its professionalism and discretion, while the cuisine reaffirms its identity through a focus on game, open fires and charcoal-grilling techniques. Here, the fireplace and the grill are not merely decorative features, but the very heart of the dining experience. The aromas of the spit feature in most of the dishes, enhanced by personal touches and ingredients, some of which are home-grown. There are two tasting menus on offer, ‘Fuoco’ and ‘Fumo’, featuring dishes that will surprise you and offer an original take on tradition. The wine list is well put together.
