It is from these mountains that the restaurant draws its inspiration, creating a cuisine deeply rooted in the region, characterised by substance, innovation and authentic flavours. Meat, dairy products and other produce of the region take centre stage in hearty dishes full of character, while the famous cheese trolley is an unmissable highlight of the dining experience. The wine list is also interesting, with a particular focus on the region’s wines and natural wines. In the warmer months, the outdoor tables, in the shade of the large trees and surrounded by immaculate lawns, make the experience even more memorable.
