Having previously worked in some prestigious MICHELIN kitchens, (in the restaurants of Guy Savoy, Yannick Alléno and Jean-François Piège), chef Alexis Voisenet has decided to make his mark by opening his restaurant in the casemates of the old fort at Issy-les-Moulineaux. This historical site is a unique setting, with its beautiful contemporary furniture laid out beneath a stone vaulted ceiling. The chef's creative approach results in refined dishes such as John Dory, samphire, kale and rounds of green meat confit in butter, with a matelote sauce. The front-of-house team, all professionals with plenty of experience in MICHELIN-starred kitchens, provides impeccable service. The restaurant also boasts a cellar, where diners can enjoy home-made charcuterie and house-cured meats.
