After stints in some prestigious starred establishments in Paris, then at Château Cordeillan-Bages in Pauillac, a few years ago chef Julien Lefebvre, who hails from Normandy, set up shop in this charming medieval town. In step with the seasons and very much in the spirit of the times, the evening lineup is depicted by a several-course set menu. The interior sports an open kitchen overlooking the contemporary dining area, with a terrace for alfresco dining in warm weather.
