The name pays homage to the chef’s father, himself a cook, an ultimatum issued by his then-girlfriend to “force” him ashore from cruise ship work, which has since become something of a family mantra. The talented sommelier is his wife; together they worked in various gourmet restaurants along the Campanian coast before realizing their dream of ownership here, in Luigi Tramontano’s hometown.
