A series of warm and cosy dining rooms, adorned with antique furniture – much of which is also for sale – leads into this simple, family-run restaurant situated on the outskirts of the village. Here, we rely on the chef’s recommendations, as he presents the available dishes each day. The menu changes frequently, but remains true to Piedmontese produce and traditions: from homemade green macaroni with sausage ragù to a cream of roasted chestnuts and mushrooms, right through to the excellent snails. An honest, authentic cuisine that celebrates the region with comforting, skilfully prepared dishes.
