A spin-off from the local household name Ming Ting Restaurant, this compact eatery is always jam-packed with diners hungry for its traditional Sichuanese fare. The room is bright and airy, while the semi-open kitchen lets diners watch the chefs flaunt their skills. Signature dishes include the silky smooth douhua, the unmissable Dad’s twice-cooked pork loaded with wok qi, and novel items like the durian spring roll. Reservations not accepted.
