Samouraï has been a culinary landmark of Brussels since 1974. Since moving to Avenue Louise, the uncluttered interior sports three dining areas adorned in Asian art, a large bonsai and a pastel terracotta colour scheme. Razor-sharp precision and rich flavours embody the authentic Japanese fare, depicted by a varied menu of sushi and sashimi, together with tableside preparations like sukiyaki. The chef crafts gyoza, which can be crispy or velvety, with a fork-tender prawn stuffing, home-made dashi and a scattering of sweet-sour sides to further underscore the subtle flavours.
