It is housed on the ground floor of the Nomad Hotel and, like the hotel itself, exudes a distinctly Mediterranean aesthetic. The restaurant, which could be described as the more informal alternative of the award-winning El Xato (in nearby La Nucía), offers contemporary, modern cuisine that follows the guidelines of the parent establishment and makes full use of local produce. The menu, with dishes such as Ensalada del abuelo (Grandfather's Salad) - pink tomatoes from Altea, tomatoes in brine, semi-cured salted fish and pickled vegetables - is complemented by two tasting menus, one for lunchtime and one for dinner.
