The restaurant offers contemporary and modern cuisine that makes full use of local produce. The menu, with dishes such as Ensalada del abuelo (Grandfather's Salad) - pink tomatoes from Altea, tomatoes in brine, semi-cured salted fish and pickled vegetables - is complemented by two tasting menus, one for lunchtime and one for dinner.
