Each of these city-centre apartments has a great location close to Eyre Square. The property offers free underground parking for one vehicle per apartment. In each apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with cable TV, a dining area and free, secure underground parking. Guests can dine in the Western Bar & Restaurant which is just a minute's walk from the apartments. During their stay, guests have access to Snap Fitness gym for a surcharge. Western Citypoint Apartments is run by Western Hotel, which is located nearby. Check-in for the apartments is at the Western Hotel. There is a separate car park for Citypoint Apartments. At the hotel, directions to the Citypoint car park will be given, as well as a fob to gain access. Please note that all Citypoint Apartments are strictly non-smoking. Please note, guests are not permitted to bring visitors to the property. Check-in for the apartments is at the Western Hotel, 33 Prospect Hill, H91 Y3FA. Further instructions will be provided upon check-in. Short-term underground parking for check-in at the Western Hotel can be accessed down a ramp from St Bridget's Place. There is a separate car park for Citypoint Apartments. At the hotel, directions to the Citypoint car park will be given, as well as a fob to gain access. There is 1 parking space allocated per apartment. Please note that for bookings of 3 apartments or more, the payment options and cancellation policies are different. The required deposit is 50% at the time of booking and a further 50% deposit is required at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. The property will contact guests shortly after booking to confirm the procedure, along with details regarding the security deposit required upon arrival.
